3. Digital Product Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day full refund policy for our digital products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date your transaction is completed. Thus, refund requests made after this 14-day period will not be accepted. Also, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Therefore, to request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. Then you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
4. In-Person Course Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Students may cancel their enrollment for a full refund within 48 hours of the transaction completion date. However, after this 48-hour period, no refunds will be offered.
Furthermore, students may reschedule their attendance for an available future session. To reschedule, students must contact us at [email protected] at least 14 days in advance to arrange a new date. In any case, we will provide a list of available future sessions. Additionally, students are allowed to reschedule a course a maximum of one time. There are no fees associated with rescheduling. Students must reschedule their course within one months of the original purchase date.
Soonafter you will receive a confirmation email when your cancellation or resceduling has been processed.
5. Intellectual Property Terms of Use
