My journey into energy healing began with an intense mystical experience—one that changed everything.
I grew up in a turbulent home, finding refuge in books, imagination, and spiritual exploration. At six years old, I had my first mystical experience, a moment so profound that it stayed with me, even as life grew darker.
Years later, in college, I stumbled upon meditation, energy healing, self-development, and quantum physics. Something about it all felt familiar, as if I were remembering pieces of myself I had long forgotten. The unseen world had always called to me, but now, I was listening.
It wasn’t until a back injury led me to massage therapy that everything truly fell into place. I began having vivid, unexplainable mystical experiences on the table—waves of energy, deep emotional releases, and a sense of something far greater than myself moving through me. After one particularly intense somatoemotional release, I finally asked my therapist what was happening.
She smiled and told me she was using a form of energy healing called Reiki.
It was as if a switch flipped inside me. Reiki wasn’t just something I wanted to learn—it was something I needed to.
I received my Reiki Level I & II attunements in November 2007 and became a Reiki Master in April 2014. Reiki changed my life in ways I never expected, and for the past 18 years, I’ve dedicated myself to mastering energy healing—first for my own transformation, and then to guide others on their own path.

Fascinated by spirituality and energy from a young age, I studied religion, metaphysics, and the unseen world.
Awakening to Energy
Discovered quantum physics and consciousness studies, deepening my understanding of how energy shapes reality.
First Reiki Experience
A transformative session opened my eyes to the power of energy healing, leading me to study Reiki seriously.
Reiki Training & Massage School
Completed Reiki Levels I & II and graduated with a certificate in Holistic Massage Therapy to legally practice energy work in Florida
Teaching & Community Building
Taught Massage and Eastern Modalities at top Florida schools while running a private practice in energy healing. Led classes in Meditation and Past Life Regression, hosted Reiki Circles and conscious living events, and produced Orlando’s largest Mind, Body & Spirit Expo.
Reiki Master Teacher
After 10 years of practice and Study, I achieved Reiki Master level and began attuning otheres to Reiki through classes, workshops, and retreats.
Currently
With over 18 years of experience, I now help others step into their power through energy work, Reiki training, and transformative retreats.
